Consecrated Unto You

:: My life is an offering set apart for You

Burning deep within
a desire
a tremendous hunger
an eagerness
to contain Your things

You have so much to reveal
so much to pour forth
I have not sufficient room to contain
It overruns
It soaks

I long to be in Your presence
at your feet
soaking in your presence
enjoying You
So wonderful, so satisfying

I embrace You
Your gifts and Your callings
I consecrate my heart to you
for that purpose
Make me your instrument

I’ll run with You
With Your purpose
Pursue Your given calling
My life is Yours
An offering unto You

Seedling

:: Travailing like women in labor

It’s been a while
I am clinging on
You spoke those words
of prophecy, gifts and callings
a destiny to fulfill

Yearning and groaning
Restlessness grips me
Travailing
Like woman
In labor

It’s not time yet
You are a seed
Planted in the soil
Be watered
You shall flourish

Be faithful LittleOne
Cease fidgeting
Be still
from a small seed
the huge tree sprouts

Father
I am scared
It’s so dark in here
I’m uncomfortable
alone in the soil

Do not fear LittleOne
I am with you
I have called you
I will empower you
It is I who called

But understand LittleOne
This happens in My Timing and Season
Be faithful LittleOne
I’ve known your tears
They are precious to me

Thank you LittleOne
for believing
I will establish you
into predestined places
do not fear; hold on LittleOne
